Privacy

Plainly: we only collect what we need to call you back about your move, and we do not sell your details to anyone.

What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name and phone number, and optionally your email, your suburb, the kind of move, a rough date, and anything you write in the message. If you use the Threshold Check, the pieces you tap are passed along with your enquiry so we understand your move before we call. We do not ask for, or want, more than that.

Why we collect it

For one reason: so a real person can call you back and work out your move with you. Your phone number is there so we can reach you; your suburb and pieces are there so the call is useful rather than a fact-finding exercise.

Who we share it with

To actually service your move, we may share your enquiry with a suitable local removalist who can carry out the job. We share it for that purpose and no other. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list from an enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to follow up and, if you go ahead, to arrange and complete your move. If nothing comes of it, we do not need to hold onto it.

Cookies and tracking

This site is deliberately light. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may pass on a funnel choice (for example, which kind of move you clicked) within the site so the form arrives pre-filled, but that stays between your browser and this site.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just reply to any message from us, or send a fresh enquiry noting your request. Australian privacy law, including the Australian Privacy Principles, sets the baseline we work to.

A note on this page
